Change is sure coming fast to JCPenney as it's CEO tries to change the brand's image. Bringing in more collaborations with outside brands seems to be part of the strategy. Liz Claiborne is the latest to have a "shop" inside JCP. Only time will tell if this new strategy will work in the long run. In the short term though it has not been easy and the company's earnings have taken a hit. Regardless, they are determine to move forward with the change as signaled by the song in the commercial
