Best Rock Climbing Song

Daggling hundreds of feet above the ground away from any noises from civilization with a great view for miles around, there isn't a better time to be enjoying some great music than when you are ascending up a piece of rock...isn't that why they call it rock music?

Take A Look Around by Limp Bizkit - who can forget the opening scenes from mission impossible 2, you too can be a super good looking super secret agent doing acrobatics on a rock face for fun...or at least you can pretend to be while listening to this song.

Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush - if you a facing an especially hard section, simply make a deal with the big G.O.D. and you will be running up that rock in no time.

High And Dry by Radiohead - a great listen while waiting for the rescue helicopter, for when you get to the top and realize there isn't a way down. Or you can just use it as your SOS signal and sing along "don't leave me high...don't leave me dry".

Livin' It Up by Limp Bizkit - aside for being a great song to rock to (excuse the pun) while your adrenalin fuel your charge up the mountain (i think it would make a great song for a rock climbing video as well), it is also a great way to tell all those people around you who keep saying rock climbing is stupid and dangerous, "I'm just a crazy motherf!@#$r, livin' it up, not giving a f@#k, livin' life in the fast lane"

Rooftops by Lostprophets - even though the song was written about a different subject matter, its lyrics fit amazingly well to the philosophy of life for people who like to live to the full. In fact almost the whole song seems relevant with lines like, "when our time is up, when our lives are done, will we say, we've had our fun", "will we make a mark this time, will we always say we tried", " i have no regrets, if it all ends now, I'm set", and of course "standing on the rooftops, everybody scream your heart out".
