Just because it's in English/Spanish doesn't mean its Shakira! It's actually Paulina Cerilla who was on The Voice. (I don't watch it so I'm not familiar with her)

I thought it was Shakira too, not because I think everyone who sings Spanish and English is Shakira but because it sounds like her voice. I also thought it could be Julieta Venegas. Anyway apparently I was wrong.
