    1. You coward. If you are so upset with Ron, tell him. Hiding in a blog is why you only make $12.59.. If you had any back bone, you might make the tough decisions in the corporate/management role and make more. But bitching behind "Anonymous" in a blog will get you a $.36 raise at the most. You big chicken. Go Ron, at least he is trying to pull your company (yes, the one that supplies you with fantastic benefits, insurance, discounts, and life as you know it) out of the hole. JCP has struggled for years, and he DOES have the balls to do something. If he wasn't paid the so called 53 million to make some tough decisions, then maybe you would be earning $0. HMMM I guess that is much better than $12.59, so you can suck the tit of welfare and unemployment.

Try that for a change..... Why did they let 10,000 go and they kept you, the flimsy, hide behind the internet employee that probably smokes during company time (not during a break) because it is "your right" to smoke, because you "add" so much more than the CEO to the company. Good luck with unemployment and keeping your backbone strong... Coward.

    2. The Mountain is right. At least you have a job so be grateful for that. You think I'm happy about the changes that Ron Johnson is doing to improve the store? No, there's nothing I can do about it, but we have to try to accept it. I made a lot of good friends at the store since I've been there about a year, and it was really hard for me to see them go. About 7 managers had to leave, and part of the shoe department was gone too. They're all great people and I wish them nothing but the best.

  6. All that ranting and raving about guy that works at JCP and you calling him a coward for complaining and being "anonymous", yet you didn't sign your real name. Lots of people no matter how hard they work or how smart they are, sometimes never get out of a rut and never get to make the big bucks or even a good wage. Wise up, he's just venting. I'm always amazed at the people on thes blogs, websites, YouTube, etc. are anxious to to call people names and belittle them because they don't like what they posted. Such people grow internet balls, because they remain anonymous. Isn't this cowardice? If you are The Mountain, then call me The Mountain Climber.
