George Santayana once said “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it”.
No I’m not some sort of nerd showing off my superior historical intellect…well I am a nerd, but a stupid one, so I just looked it up since I can’t remember who said it or even the exact phrase, which in a way proves perfectly my point. Considering how many (or how few) of us actually stay awake during history class, we are for sure condemned to repeat every single mistake ever made in history…….literally.
